Occupancy & Quiet Hours

• Maximum of 4 guests at all times
• Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• Parties and gatherings are not permitted

Parking

• Maximum of 2 vehicles
• Please park only in designated areas

Non-Smoking Property

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet
• Additional fees may apply in case of non-compliance

Pets

• Pets are not allowed (EXCEPT FOR CABIN 244)
• Additional fees may apply in case of non-compliance

Spa

We are happy to provide access to the spa. Please:

• Shower before use
• Do not use oils or any products in the water
• Always replace the cover after use
• Never leave children unattended

⚠️ Use of the spa is at your own risk.

Fireplace

• Always supervise the fire
• Keep the door closed at all times
• Do not place any items on the fireplace
• Maximum of 2 logs at a time

Fire Safety

• Candles are not permitted
• No outdoor campfires (except in designated fire pit)
• Never leave a fire unattended

Use of the Property

• Please keep the property clean and in good condition
• Do not move furniture outside
• Store outdoor equipment (skis, snowboards, etc.) in the entry closet

Energy & Environment

• Turn off lights when leaving
• Keep doors and windows closed when heating or cooling
• Close the spa cover after use

Natural Environment

The chalet is located in nature:

• Insects or small wildlife may be present
• Please keep doors closed and food properly stored

Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay
• The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings
• Please contact us promptly in case of any damage or issue

Unforeseen Events Beyond Our Control

(power outages, internet interruptions, etc.)
No refunds will be issued for situations beyond our control.
